Response received from Red yesterday. Very prompt response, from CFO.

My email below:

I have been a shareholder of RED 5 for the past 3 years. During this time I have been consistently frustrated by the lack of communication to shareholders.

The downtrend in the SP since unexpected capital raising is very disappointing, and further compounded by the lack of communication in regards to the Declaration of commercial production. I note that ann. dated 20/03 anticipated the declaration of commercial production in early April. If there have been delays or further hiccups in production surely this is information that should be released to the market.

Likewise some further information as to the shipment the dore bars would be appreciated. Has a shipment been sent at this stage?


Summary of response (I did not seek permission to post the response):

Company makes ann. every quarter and whenever any material information becomes available. (Implied company meeting reporting requirements).

Commercial production, this will happen once 30 continuous days of production are achieved. Company did expect to make an ann. in early April, however commissioning is not without problems... (Note: nature of delay nor period of delay not detailed). "At this stage the company cannot declare commercial production but we do not believe there will be a material delay."

Expressed view capital raising did not impact share price, but rather fall in gold price. "As far as the company is aware none of the institutions that took part in the placement at A$2.12 have sold any of their shares."

The company has poured gold/silver dore and has shipped to the refiner but it is not company policy to announce details of individual gold shipments to the market.

Sorry I didn't ask any questions as to need for recent capital raising. I figured the why doesn't really matter as it won't change the fact.

I don't believe any of this information is market sensitive. However if I have got this wrong, please TOU me.
