    - Significant international O&G shareholders
    - Profitable
    - Growing revenue base
    - Exciting near-term exploration campaign (Aus and abroad)
    - Further appraisal
    - Major O&G JV partners
    - Ample cash reserves
    - Negligible debt
    - Experienced board and management
