Rock,,,doesn't mean is was a contractual obligation rather and underaking.. Everything is fluid ( frac water or oil ) in this game and things change.. TB is an honourable and hardworking CEO and any person who does not give hime this credit lacks that credibility themselves. Sadly we see alot of this in Samson thread..
Certainly I would like to have seen greater progress however I would not undertake disparaging remarks as we have recently read here.
I think we have alot to be thankful for having Hal on board and I feel certain we will see progress in due course. This is just my opinion as others can have theirs.
