As you have rightly stated, this is not URA. I never held URA and don't know that much about it. I do know about this Management team.

They run 8 company's out of the same office.
They have a well established track record of very high dilution.
They have a well established track record of over promising and under delivering.
They C/R at a heavy discount.
This is the track record of a management that states (with very little details to mark)a 180,000lump ton mine with out drilling the resource.

The management team who would even think about going down this road of "", would have to be over every detail,every day.

This management shipped a rig over from Mexico, seemingly un checked.
Let it sit at a port in SA for weeks. Then found out it was buggered and was no good for what they needed. Putting the drilling of the resource back months.
Does this sound like a management team that is "all over it"
I would have been on the phone everyday. Hounding them about the rig.

Track records, is all you can go off. Because when you invest in small caps, you invest in management.

Hope you can turn a nice profit. But watch them like a hawk.
