I think check on top option holders & whether management holds heaps helps

sometimes management sees dilution as a bigger evil than cash coming in

and if top shareholders are also the top option holders, chances are they will want management to extend the timeline

check out LINOC

Matthew Wood vended in the phil project into the company, he is the top shareholder of FPOs

but he also held loads of dying options LINOA

I think he pulled the strings behind LIN to extend lifeline for LINOA

still high risk stuff

thats why I repeat for near term options, limiting position size is very important
