I believe in a conspiracy theory that an investor has bribed someone within the ministry to reject the license for the time being...meanwhile he's accummulating his RTM stocks at these glorious prices..

Then on one fine day...Headline News, "MME Commissioner repeals decision, Nuclear Fuels Granted for Erongo Project"

That shareholder gets rich, Namibian Commissioner gets rich, another ten thousand people die of AIDS and 5000 shareholders file for a loss on this stock, only to kick themselves in the nuts because they didn't hold an extra week...

Then again I also believe that David Hasselhoff is the antichrist.... :)
