no brainer investment at these prices, page-10

All this complaining about Teresa sale. I think they are playing a good negotiating game.

If they were desperate for money they could sell Teresa fro a knockdown price and sell the Adani royalty pretty quickly too.

Such a strategy would not be in the long term interests of the company. Every day that goes by Adani gets closer to building its mine and the value of the royalty goes up. So ask yourself if the cost of $11m for some debt to keep things rolling along is more or less than the value loss from a quick sale. For mine I would say it is a very small price to pay for what will be a significant uplift in value of both of these assets.

For my lot the funds being invested in US UCG and EOR Assets is well spent. Not so sure about South Australia. Qld is a necessary investment though I don't think they need to be wasting a lot of money on their own FT technology. Use someone else's technology. Alaska is too long term for this company. What happened to Vietnam? Poland? Too far off need runs on the board no one is going to steal those assets.

US Oil assets will justify this company's value today. UCG will deliver big time. Not just liquids but mote importantly
from the CO2 it delivers for EOR. Linc will have gained valuable operating experience on EOR by the time UCG FT comes on line and be well positioned to use the CO2. CO2 is in short supply in the US and is the key to significant amounts of oil. For every barrel of ULSD at $30 per barrel Lnc will produce 2.4 barrels of crude @20 per barrel. NOI from an investment of around $500m will be $700m p.a.

That is lots of blue sky. And that is only one UCG project.
