    Difference is you believe the announcements and I follow the cash. The anno I want to see is that plv have received cash. The rest is a bed time fairy tale. Money talks. There is zero competition to court plv as far as I can see. You can buy mgx making cash from dso for p/e 5x if you believe the iron ore story so why bother with these guys? Note: have you seen bhp price chart? Perfect proxy for risk assets.
