yep, 12% in Deutschland - not to mention RIO is up 3.3%, BHP(BLT) 2.13% in London, the DOW Futures are up 0.37% as FED VC Janet Yellen hints at mortgage securities QE and continuing low interest rates - tomorrow's agoing to be green everywhere folks.
