has anyone noticed that zheng he (substantial shareholder in cbz) is in a trading halt, and has been for some time, regarding "misappropriation of funds".
their most recent announcement requesting a further extension of their trading halt says says for information regarding the issue to refer to appendix 4E from 31/12/2011, but this is no where to be found (at least i cannot find it online).
could this be something to do with their cbio share purchase and/or one of the previous cbio directors?
also makes you wonder how many cbio shares they have had to sell off since their purchase at 18c if any.
