Wish I was a KOL! Funny thing is, in its previous incarnation as CCE, management got it wrong with the sales/business development model. No need to revisit that again, but now BD has implemented the KOL model, with attendant trials, workshops, peer reviews etc, etc, all I read about with many other emerging biotechs, is that they are implementing the same model, and that it takes time to gain the necessary traction.

Of course once traction IS gained, then you are off and running. So while it has taken, some might say, an inordinant amount of time to get to where we are now, we are in better shape than we've ever been, and thus poised to get up and running in a big way. IMO.

One can never say for sure, but I'd be very surprised if AVh wasn't being closely watched by a major player or two in the regenerative medicine space.
