the filing of the Form 6 - deposit agreement between Prima and BNYM listed in Edgar occurred on 3/4/2012
today is 13/4/2012 ..... 10 days later ... interesting
... it would not have been difficult to accumulate 50 - 60 million odd shares by ' stealth ' on market over the last 10 days or so .... at sucker prices .... from the impatient and the nervous holders ( and traders ) ....
... the Nasdaq listing of Prima has always been a ' known ' ... and hence its date of listing would not be price sensitive ...
and if they have bought them ... at ' sucker ' prices .... like yesterday's closing price of $0.225 ....
BNYM as market makers need to sell ) list them on the Nasdaq at a reasonable profit margin ..... at an increased share price ....
who cares what happens today ... next week shpuld be the big ' kicker ' ... today will be about ' jostling for position ...
time to get the popcorn .... and watch the Nasdaq on the ticker on opening of PRR on Monday night .....
.. and who will ring the bell ?
