With Dart probably getting $100 million to literally hope and pray for success, doesn't it beg the question that with nearly $1 Billion proven assets at Agate Creek, S.B. should be having much less difficulty in raising much less than $100 million to further explore and prove up higher reserves to then talk about a mine???
