Correct me if I am wrong, the injunction is over this purchase of FMS is not to form a core part of MMK business.

MMK is I think Siberian based
I think they have a steelworks in Turkey.
To get the IO to either you have to go via the Cape then into the Med and then for Russia up the Black Sea. Or by the Vladervostock route. I would be surprised if there was somewhere else he could buy his IO cheaper. This injunction may just get up.

It is also possible he wanted to sell this company to a third party before or shortly after he completed the deal.

Going by what was written on the web about him about the time this takeover started (the Directors of FMS must have seen it) he has been running around upsetting people big time for a long time and this time those upset are doing something about it.

If anyone wants to see a repeat of what was on the web about Viktor I will re post it.
