I honestly believe whatever has happened only came to light last night.

Its the wierdest trading halt i've ever seen. Firstly came after the open about an hour so normally if they knew about it would be a 10am trading halt or early morning.

Even the release seemed a little rushed. It was a like lets put this thing into trading halt and lets get the board in for a meeting about it. Considering they went into trading halt they could have even eloraborated as to what it was but my guess is they decided not to as they where caugh of guard and wanted to digest the info. (prolly wanted to work out how to put some spin on it ).

My gut feeling now is either JV partner has collapsed over night with no warning or someones been stealing from the company.

P.S don't feel to bad I also kick in another 10k yesterday and had a buy ready to go before it went into TH. Might break a new record for lossing 10k
