Chubby, you ask why didn't timeone just pay the $17m. I would have thought the answer was fairly self evident. We have a completely new deal on the table. The announcement said “The new proposal will require shareholder approval, including a new approval to issue the portion of
tranche 4 shares that takes Timeone above 20% of Pluton. This will require the issue of an independent
experts report. We have commenced this process and expect to call an EGM seeking these approvals as
soon as possible.”

Put simply, Timeone is not permitted to pitch in another $17m. ps did you actually read the announcement?
