I don't get the need for another EGM to receive tranche 4 monies. It doesn't really matter to me because I am happy enough anyway BUT
Tranche 4 has nothing to do with the selling of Cockatoo, it is just for purchase of shares. That is already approved at last EGM.

I understand you need an EGM for cockatoo but that does not explain why you cannot get all of tranche 4 money for the shares... unless SST wont release the money until the cockatoo sale is shareholder approved.
