i would be surprised if company says anything prior to the court hearing on tuesday, but on wednesday they can go for it once the court hearing [hopefully]approves the demerger.
if the court does not approve then one would expect a lot of pixxxxed off investors who had had to sell out in advance since excluded from demerger proceeds
