For mine it doesnt go far enough. Deal with the families of the deceased virus and incarcerate them for say 20 years. Men, women and children
Let THAT trickle thru their ranks and maybe the inspiration to blow oneself up in the name of their perversion would be tempered by the reality thatthey may be gone but their family pays their penalty.
