    Indian state run Power Finance Corporation to fund GVK galilee mine and also the company would carve out a separate unit Facilitation Group to finance such coal mine acquisitions.

    EER with the resource upgrade (announcement any day now) and a MDL would be a lot more valuable to an end user you would imagine.
