I am also a foreign holder of SER however i would have thought that the aussie holders should reject the demerger proposal. The prospect of a mega float appears to be receding and you will be left with an illiquid asset. I doubt shareholders of SER went into this equity investment expecting to be private equity investors. Surely if the board really wanted to maximise shareholder value there would be an exit plan, but instead there is nothing. Disgraceful in my humble opinion. We own this asset and should not sit back and watch it be spun off into an entity in which we have no claim for an indeterminate amount of time. PLEASE REJECT THE PROPOSAL. .
