No answer yet. I will publish as and when received. I would have thought a few business days would be enough (aka by COB 17/4/12)

They might answer the questions:

(a) because I asked something; and
(b) because they could always respond by saying that these matters will be addressed in an announcement; and
(c) because the questions I would have thought relate to business as usual matters in which case the response might be "...of course we're working diligently...", "... of course we cannot foresee any further issues...", " ... of course the acceptance of the ML is not subject to resolution of the background litigation...". Not overly complex questions IMO

I would have thought they would only be worthy of an announcement only if the resolve of these questions were not as obvious...
