I don't really beleive it would have made an ounch of difference unless of course you sell into the panic.

If it would have gone into a suspension and the deal wasn't proceeding then the sp would probably open similar to what it is now.

However if the deal is to proceed over the next few weeks/months then we get atleast 30c.

Imagine if you were that elena or whatever her name is and she decides to drop the case against MMK,but first purchase a truck load of FMS shares at this price, SHE IS IN SUCH A GREAT POSITION TO MAKE HUGE $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

It amazes me how 1 little holder can have so much power.
