Seriously, any independent Expert should be appointed by the shareholders and excluding SLR as a shareholder.....
Also, any shareholder vote should be scrutinised by a shareholder representative (again excluding SLR).
Remember that little voting anomaly at the last AGM we noted & never made an issue of, Robo? We wont let it happen again.....
We need an expert with a legal background to test the validity of the off-take agreement.
I can see this being a drawn-out process. Dont think it will be anywhere near resolved in May, somehow.
