"No ONE shareholder has 300 million shares and if they did unless GDN had more than 6 billion shares on issue they would need to fill out a form 603, Notice of initial substantial holder. Anyone who owns 5% or more of an ASX public listed company needs to fill one of these out". What part of this statement do u not understand?????? It is self explanatory.
