thomson refuses to talk to police, page-72

"Hasn't Thompson alleged that his credit card, phone and drivers licence were stolen and mis-used??????"

He did .. and the Police found no evidence to support his claims that a crime took place... in other words .. it was him. No crime took place.. because Police concluded he was the one who used the card... but it isn't illegal to use your credit card to procure prostitutes.
