investec issues a buy rating

Anyone have a copy of the report. Interested to see why such a poor price target - 18p. I mean seriously!
We traded at 18p on the 5th of March 2012. WTF!

On the same day on the ASX we traded at 26.5c.

I was actually looking forward to reading something half decent but the target price is a bit of a shock actually. What, they're going to issue a SELL rating when it reaches 30c?
