Hello all I have received a couple of emails about Jon G and the resignation.

There is no cause for alarm whatsoever so I want to set the record straight as I understand it. This is my take; Jon G has a specialty and that is start-ups. That is what he does and he does it brilliantly. He has taken FML way beyond that stage at great effort and diligence. He had a great time at FML, I have spoken to him, he is moving on needing a change and that is all.

Paul Fromson is going to take it to the next stage from what little information I have gathered. He is the right man for this stage of the evolution of FML. The skill sets he has fit perfectly with further business with Chinese and with a larger FML right now and in the future.

I received a question about the legal issues and have no idea on that sorry. They do not seem material however I suggest the company be approached on this matter. I am not a representative of the company.
