I don't know about in a hurry to develop Mt Bevan Ocka but it does imply they are in a hurry to get their 60% ASAP. And I'm not surprised as it would be a quick win for their management at a time when they are under shareholder pressure for a perceived lack of activity and inability to deliver on promises.
