I like CAP here in the short term. Weekly chart looks the strongest it has in a long time and a break above the previous high of 43c would not only consolidate the higher low put in over the past month, but kick it into a confirmed uptrend. The price action over the past few months is remarkably similar to the fashion that the stock behaved throughout 2010.

Just my opinion being a long term shareholder of the stock, but I don't bs when it comes to the charts; saying it how I see it!
