Well CW I probably do come on too strong. Unfortunately a lot of people actually take advice from this forum. There was a poster last week waiting for the prices in Perth to fall because the H.C. bears had been talking the talk for years. I do reserve the right to question the credentials of posters claims. What experience do they have in property, what area are they talking about and what are they holding. are they players in the game or spectators on the sidelines. You have your views and thats fine but what specifically are you saying. Anyway I must go maintenance day today before winter storms come.
