Maybe they're not trying today? Maybe they're anticipating a run up on the news out of the appeal later today? Maybe they're just covering their shorts prior to that news? Who knows?

But if they decide to take the price back down again tomorrow or the next day - then they will.

Maybe they're just taking their profits off the table until after the news, as they don't know for sure which way the news will go - despite the confidence of so many on HC?
