Keeping chasing them. I had a similar problem when the SPP for MEL was oversubscribed and i didnt get my refund. Turned out that computershare (or whatever copmany that was handling the refunds) had stuffed up and they had to resissue me a cheque about 1 month after everybody else got their refunds.
