    I am a bit worried about the mental states of some long-term holders. Maybe some counselling is needed.

    Sorry to have said the above, but I do not mean to insult or attacking anyone here. I just understand how depressing this situation could be.

    Just remember, health is the most valuable and important thing to you now and in the future.
