I have not watched all day, however my basic charting shows me that PRR has pulled back into the 1month Bollinger bands and tracked in a 2 cent range on some 22 milliions hares traded.
Yes I am dissapointed it has not consolidated in the hours since reaching 28.5cents. I am happy to hold though because this represents a drop in the proverbial ocean as we watch the early steps.
We will have to wait as buyers follow their own due diligence.
