"massive amounts of local knowledge"? How would you know? We have not seen any as yet.
We have however been privileged to witness the results of a comprehensive lack of "a priori" knowledge of the mechanics of the oil patch,or even as little as a basic understanding,reinforced by a demonstrable inability to employ a healthy scepticism of Company announcements.
If you peruse past chatter from the master,that is blindingly obvious!
