My take - is that they must not have had much.
Appeal heard today and complete. This would have included lynas's rebuttle of the case brought forward. Can't have had too much if all this completed in one day.
IMO
Best case scenario - thrown out.
Worst case - increased monitoring once up and running.
This stuff is speculative and will not be enough to close the whole plant IMO.
Can imagine that judge is aware of urgency of ruling and will not drag out decision making for too long.
