I think you should apply for a job with PFC they seem to be lacking in local knowledge and local will.

My feeling with this mob is they just dont seem to have the will to get this thing done.

Ive done so many engineering jobs in the past with very tight deadlines involved, its amazing what you can do when you have someone with a strong will and determination running a job.
if you dont have someone almost thinking 24/7 what best way to do it, and have some flexibility with plans A B OR C to achieve a certain end result .

Theres usually so much that can be done in preparing for any job, You try to be one step ahead as the big job moves forward but allways flexible enough to have other things happening that you can move too if there is some unforseen hold up.

I just dont feel this kind of commitment from this company the weather even though real was a poor excuse in my opinion last year.

Somebody needs a rocket putting up there bum and get this thing moving.

I hope whoever JV with PFC have these kind of people because in my mind PFC dont seem too.

Lets just hope it gets done this year life is too short to be waiting 2 to 3 years to drill and frack a couple of wells.
