the only people buying shares on the asx to trade as ADRs on the NASDAQ are the market makers; deutche bank, aegis and noble financial. These market makers can make a nice profit on the current gap, but the low volume shows that US investors aren't dumb enough to pay for it at an inflated price
you, or I, cannot buy shares on the ASX, parcel them up into units of 30, and sell them as ADRs on the NASDAQ.
