Mgm1a, I won't comment on all of your queries, eventually Kakoli will turn up with the answers you need , but a few comments from my observation.

AEF sold down TIS holdings and moved the money into AVH. At around 10 cent level, they may have provided some of the liquidity yesterday and lightened their holdings. this is normal for these type of funds to rebalance funds as a company SP grows strongly and puts their investment startegy out of balance.

The Market for Skin Therapies is just massive so there is plenty of room for both TIS and AVH to be successful. They do not compete in all segments of the market, there is a lot of differentiation between technologies, one are they appear to compete if Leg Ulcers however plenty of room for both companies in this Billion Dollar market, different therapies and different price points will ensure both get some of the market.

My view is AVh are more advanced commercially than TIS. AVH handling their own Global Growth Strategy with sales accelerating.

TIS have appointed a European Company to market and distribute their products. sales have not started yet.

Which one or both you invest in depends on your assessment of their prospects price management and technology.

both company have plenty of keen shareholders who see a big future.

My view is AVh has a first class management team, so that is where my investment lies, as management comes before science every time in myvilew.
