It will be interesting to see if Oasis exercises it's right to the 2003 Febuary options at 20 cents, of which there are about 33.3 million. This would take the total shares on offer to about 394 million and give Oasis 49.4 % of Horizon, add to this Emmetts personal holding and they have 50.6 % of the company.
As an aside, I would not buy HZN on this well.
