Thats totally wrong, Tarcoola owns Uley.
SER has very little cash and owns 20% of a private, unlisted company that could be unlisted for a year. The very most SER is worth is 4.8c (minimum payment by Mega) and thats only if the deals comes through which also looks very uncertain.
Why would you touch it?? Got all mine out at 7.4c. Pity whoever paid that.
It will trade sub 3c, guarantee it.
