It says they made the 30 June quit date on the basis that the appeal would be heard and a judgement delivered before that date.
This implies that if the appeal is not heard, or a judgement delivered, before the quit date, then the quit statement wont be applied.
Basically, it means they are not quitting the takeover until the judge has ruled on the injunction no matter how long it takes.
That's, my interpretation anyway.
