UPDATE ON APPEAL PROCESS IN MALAYSIA
Lynas Corporation (ASX:LYC, OTC:LYSDY) confirms that the appeal which was lodged under the Atomic Energy Licensing Act in relation to the decision to approve the temporary operating licence (TOL) for the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP) was heard today by the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, YB Dato’ Seri Panglima Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili. The lodgement of the appeal was referred to in Lynas’ ASX announcement dated 9 March 2012.
Lynas understands that the decision of the Minister on the appeal will be announced on a date to be determined
