OF THAT RIO ownes 80.56% and they don't trade them so you only have 19.44% left over and I haven't checked the last top 20 list so some others may also not be ones keen to trade
but 19.44% that rio does not own amounts to 100,645,752 shares
so on that volume in the market its easy to see how the price can be easily moved by some interested parties......
put it on the low issue trade stock list as you have to take rio's holdings out of the trading equation.
pump and dumps on that low volume achieved quite easily
