I am not going to write off ASIC just yet. Their hands are tied as they cannot comment on opertional matters however I know for a fact they are monitoring the takeover process and are aware of everything todate including the latest shareholder letter. They must find legal evidence that will stack up in court and just maybe sitting on the sidelines building their case.

The latest shareholder letter fiasco might just me evidence to do just that.
