Also in regards to a recent email shared on here by amg which was received from Glyn, Dr John Moursounidis was quite possibly one of the recipients of those vested performance rights issued to "various consultants" as part of his renumeration in December.

In regards to the anticipated JDA announcement, I believe if management were not confident of closing the deal any time soon, I'm sure Glyn would've felt somewhat obliged to offer the market a s/holder Update, which was expected and traditionally provided to the market on the first Tuesday of April each year.

Tuesday, 03 April 2012...?

With exception of the required financial reporting, this is the longest period we have endured without recieving any announcement since the company's inception in 2004...

and I'm certain that management would be very conscious of this fact...

Imho, they must be expecting to provide us with something any day now.

What is my interpretation of any day now?
A: How much longer should one expect to go without receiving an announcement? - I think even management would agree that we've now reached this point
