I caught the tailend of a discussion on SBS last night re xmas retail sales in the US. Missed most of it but I gather that apparel sales were particularly weak. Thought then it probably wasn't good news for GLB or BBG.
However this business is full of surprises so perhaps GLB will find they sold twice as much as they first thought.
Or perhaps not.
