i think we all, including myself (i now seenthe light though) have been tricked by touquoy into thinking that the sp is dependent on the titles

buy now before the titles, buy now.... remember that garbage....

surely allmthe worknwally has put into the site (demolition and relocation) would only have been done if wally was confident of getting the titles. thus the matket would also be confident and epect it to be done. i guess if titles are sorted sooner rather than later it would help reduce risks associatd with long term predictions of pog. but acording to NPV models reducing the time of extracting all the gold from 6 of 7 years from now to 5 or 6 years from now isnt too significant.

my 2c anyway, time will tell who is right......
