    The good thing about the performance options are they are tied to milestones being hit.

    One thing that surprised me was the half yearly report presented each milestone delivers 2 mill to the directors and 5 mill to the consultants. Whereas I thought all milestones needed to be hit to achieve 6 mill in one hit.
